Together in Worship!

How good and pleasant it is when brethren live together in unity!
— Psalm 133:1

Together at Refuel!

We see His blessing as women, once incarcerated, gather together at our “Refuels” in nine locations throughout Texas. Our Faith Dorm Alumni and our volunteers come together to celebrate their victories and their struggles. We encourage one another to press on through worship and testimonies.

At our Temple Refuel last month, Fran and Geri, who spent 25 years together at the Mountain View Unit in Gatesville, were reunited for the first time in 10 years. Fran, in her seventies, prayed specifically for a job and a comfortable car. Now she has both. She prepares meals and runs errands for her neighbor. She has a 10-year-old Buick that is like new. She comes to prison whenever possible to give thanks.

Geri is grateful for her family who welcomed her home after more than 30 years of incarceration. She is actively involved in a Cowboy Church and is serving in any way she can. There was great joy in their reunion. Gratitude is contagious and is scriptural. What an inspiration.

Together with Wisconsin!

Laurie Tenpenny is bringing the Reentry modules to Wisconsin. Laurie came to Mountain View as a new believer in 1995. Today she serves as a DOC Chaplain and is coordinating teams to take our new material into the House of Correction.

Together with You!

We give thanks for our generous ministry partners.

“The Lord bestows his blessing, even life forevermore.”

(Psalm 133:3)
